Dice the mango and pineapple into clear, bite-sized cubes.
Zest the lime with your microplane, then squeeze out the lime juice.
Layer or Combine:
Option A (Layered Rainbow): Build layers—pink (raspberry + kefir), purple (blueberry + kefir), green (spinach + kefir), yellow (mango + pineapple + kefir)—for a tie-dye tropical kefir smoothie effect.
Option B (Single Blend): Place all core fruits, kefir, lime zest, lime juice, collagen powder, and honey/agave in the blender at once.
Blend:
Start on low speed, then crank it up to high until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste & adjust:
