Ingredients
  

  • 1 up Mango cubes Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 cup Kefir Plain, mango-flavored, or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Lime zest + lime juice Zest before juicing
  • 2 tbsp Collagen powder Vital Proteins, Orgain, or your favorite brand
  • ½ tsp Honey or agave syrup
  • Handful Spinach or kale Optional booster for extra greens
  • ¼ cup Mixed berries(raspberries, blueberries) Optional superfood boost
  • 1 scoop Protein powder or hemp hearts Optional extra protein & healthy fats

Method
 

  1. Prep fruits:
  2. Dice the mango and pineapple into clear, bite-sized cubes.
  3. Zest the lime with your microplane, then squeeze out the lime juice.
  4. Layer or Combine:
  5. Option A (Layered Rainbow): Build layers—pink (raspberry + kefir), purple (blueberry + kefir), green (spinach + kefir), yellow (mango + pineapple + kefir)—for a tie-dye tropical kefir smoothie effect.
  6. Option B (Single Blend): Place all core fruits, kefir, lime zest, lime juice, collagen powder, and honey/agave in the blender at once.
  7. Blend:
  8. Start on low speed, then crank it up to high until completely smooth and creamy.
  9. Taste & adjust:
  10. If it’s too tart, add a drizzle more honey or a splash of kefir. If it’s too thick, thin with a little water or coconut water.
  11. Serve:
