  • ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baobab powder or protein powder
  • Cacao nibs bee pollen, or shredded coconut for topping

Method
 

  1. Prep: Rinse fresh strawberries (if using) and measure kefir, honey, lemon juice, and any seeds or powders.
  2. Layer: Pour kefir and lemon juice into the blender first, then add strawberries, honey, and superfoods.
  3. Blend: Start on low speed, then crank to high for 30–60 seconds until silky smooth.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass or bowl. Top with cacao nibs, sliced strawberries, granola or seeds. Enjoy your quick and easy breakfast or snack!
