Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Plain kefir Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or frozen
  • 1 Banana Medium-sized, ripe
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds Optional, for added fiber & omega-3
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes Optional, for a chilled smoothie
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Add kefir, pineapple chunks, banana, and spinach to the blender.
