Prep the Fruit
- Cut open the papaya lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, peel, and cube into 1–2 cm pieces.
- (Optional) Rinse and de-stem strawberries or slice banana into rounds.
Measure & Combine
- Add cubed papaya, cup kefir, ice, and any powders, honey, or cinnamon to the blender.
Blend to Desired Consistency
- Pulse 10 sec, then blend on high for 20 sec more.
- If too thick, add a splash of water or more kefir; if too thin, toss in extra ice.
Taste & Tweak
- Adjust sweetness (more honey) or spices (extra cinnamon powder) until it’s just right. Don’t be afraid to fantasize about flavors as you go!
