Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Ripe papaya, peeled & cubed
  • 200–250 ml Plain kefir (cow, goat, or coconut)
  • ½ cup Ice or ice water
  • 2 Medjool dates (optional)
  • 1 Honey (optional)
  • 3 Cardamom, crushed (Optional)
  • 1 Scoop Collagen powder (vanilla or guava) (Optional)
  • ½ cup Strawberries Fruit Booster
  • 100 g Banana, sliced Fruit Booster
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds or spirulina (Optional)

  • High-speed (power) blender

Method
 

Prep the Fruit
  1. Cut open the papaya lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, peel, and cube into 1–2 cm pieces.
  2. (Optional) Rinse and de-stem strawberries or slice banana into rounds.
Measure & Combine
  1. Add cubed papaya, cup kefir, ice, and any powders, honey, or cinnamon to the blender.
Blend to Desired Consistency
  1. Pulse 10 sec, then blend on high for 20 sec more.
  2. If too thick, add a splash of water or more kefir; if too thin, toss in extra ice.
Taste & Tweak
  1. Adjust sweetness (more honey) or spices (extra cinnamon powder) until it’s just right. Don’t be afraid to fantasize about flavors as you go!
Serve & Garnish
  1. Pour into a glass, top with papaya cubes, chia seeds, or a mint sprig. Enjoy immediately for tropical freshness.
