Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups kefir plain or flavoured
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 eggs
  • ΒΌ cup avocado oil
  • Toppings of choice

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Non-stick skillet
  • Spatula
  • High speed blender

Method
 

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a measuring cup.
  3. Combine both gently.
  4. Cook on a heated nonstick skillet.
  5. Flip, cook, remove, and serve warm.
