Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Milk Kefir Use homemade or store-bought; probiotic-rich base for the smoothie
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Loosely packed prewashed for easy prep
  • 1 cup Mango Chunks Fresh or frozen; tropical flavor thickens smoothie
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Fresh frozen, or canned; adds natural sweetness
  • 1 medium Banana Ripe or overripe; use frozen for creamier texture
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Optional; adjust for sweetness preference substitute with honey if needed

Ice cubes Optional: thicken consistency if using fresh fruit instead of frozen

Instructions
 

  • Blend kefir & greens: Add milk kefir to the jug of a high‑powered blender, then toss in the baby spinach. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and only tiny flecks of spinach remain .
  • Add fruits & sweetener: Drop in the frozen mango, pineapple, banana, and maple syrup (if using). Blend again on high until completely smooth and creamy .
  • Serve & enjoy: Transfer to a glass jar or tumbler with a smoothie straw, then serve immediately for best texture .
