Prepare the Kefir Base
- If using water kefir, strain your fresh water kefir grains from the organic sugar and non‑chlorinated water, then ferment for 1 day and strain. Otherwise, simply pour 500 ml of chilled whole milk kefir into your blender.
Add Fruits & Greens
- To the kefir, add 2 cups of frozen spinach, 1 handful parsley, banana, 1 medium chopped apples, juice from 2–4 oranges, and the juice of ½ lemon.
Add Superfood Boosters
- Sprinkle in 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp spirulina powder, 1 tsp chlorella powder, and 3 tbsp cocoa powder for a rich, chocolatey taste and metabolism‑boosting antioxidants.
Blend & Adjust Consistency
