1 cupPlain whole milk kefirBasic Kefir or Lifeway Kefir
1½ cupsPlain or vanilla store‑bought frozen yogurtor sub with kefir ice cream for a thicker milkshake flavor

1 large Frozen bananaalpha-linolenic acid, ALA, for omega‑3; 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Method
Prep: Bring dates to room temperature. This makes them easier to blend and ensures a smooth shake. If needed, chop the pitted Medjool dates so they mix in faster.
First Blend: In your blender, combine dates and kefir. Blend on high for about 1 minute until fully smooth.
Second Blend: Add frozen yogurt (and your optional banana, walnuts, or vanilla protein powder). Blend again on high-speed blender for 20 seconds until creamy.
Serve & Garnish: Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dollop of whipped kefir cream if desired.
