  • ½ grapefruit peeled and segmented
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 orange or tangerine slices
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Coconut Honey Kefir for that sweet, superfoods boost
  • 1 tsp nut or seed butter of choice almond, cashew, sunflower
  • tsp black pepper or turmeric optional for an anti-inflammatory kick
