  • 1/2 cups Strawberry Kefir or plain kefir
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/2 frozen banana for extra creaminess
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons Baobab Powder for added nutrients
  • 2 tablespoons Gentle Sweet or stevia
  • 1 cup ice or splash of water adjust for consistency

Method
 

  1. Step 1 – Add the Base
  2. Pour your strawberry kefir into the blender. Add in the frozen cherries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  3. Step 2 – Customize the Flavor
  4. If you like it extra creamy, add banana and almond butter. Blend in vanilla or almond extract, Baobab Powder, or a touch of Gentle Sweet if you want more sweetness.
  5. Step 3 – Blend Until Smooth
  6. Blend everything until creamy. Adjust the thickness with ice, a splash of water, or more kefir.
  7. Step 4 – Serve & Top
  8. Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and top with frozen berries, almond slices, or seeds. Enjoy chilled!
