  • 1  cup  Frozen Blueberries  antioxidant-rich, low calorie, fat-free
  • ¾  cup  Plain Unsweetened Kefir  cultured dairy, cow or goat, probiotic boost; or use dairy-free kefir water
  • ½  cup  Banana  slightly underripe for extra prebiotic fiber
  • 1  tbsp  Lemon Juice  natural antiseptic, vitamin C source
  • 1–2 tsp Lemon Zest  extra zing, supports collagen formation
  • 1  scoop Collagen Peptides or Protein Powder  supports healthy skin and body tissues
Optional Add-ins
  • 1  tbsp  Rolled Oats  fiber, slow-release carbs
  • 1  tsp  Chia Seeds prebiotic fiber
  • 1–2 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey  natural sweetener
  • 1  tbsp  Almond Butter or Peanut Butter  healthy fats; omit for nut-free version

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender, starting with kefir to protect blades.
  2. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy, stirring to break up any chunks of fruit.
  3. Taste and adjust: add more lemon juice, banana, or sweetener if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass bottle or mason jar.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig or extra frozen blueberries.
  6. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
