Equipment

Method

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice the banana and mango if not using pre-cut frozen fruit.
  2. Add in order: Start with kefir, then soft items like yogurt or avocado, followed by fruit, powders, seeds, and sweeteners.
  3. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass or bowl.
  5. Add toppings like fresh fruit, nut butter drizzle, or coconut flakes.
  6. Sip and enjoy the tangy, sweet, probiotic punch!

Notes

Use frozen fruit for creamier texture. Add honey or dates for sweetness. Make it a smoothie bowl with less liquid and fun toppings!
